EASTER SPECIAL - Owers' Cnr to Kokoda
Date: 2 April 2010 - 9 April 2010
Local PNG Guided Trek: This trek has been designed so that you can fly in on Good Friday 2nd April and be collected from the airport and driven out to Owers' Corner for the commencement of your trek therefore avoiding accommodation expenses in Port Moresby.
This trek is expected to finish in Kokoda on the 8th April where you will overnight as our guests at Orohaven Kokoda Bush Retreat. You will have a chance to wash your boots, clothes, backpack and other items in readiness for flying direct back to Australia.
On the morning of the 9th April, you will be flown to Port Moresby and should arrive weather permitting somewhere between 9:30 to 11am. You then have plenty of time to catch the afternoon flight back to Australia once again avoiding accommodation expenses in Port Moresby - Trek 576:

Local PNG Guided Trek: This trek has been designed so that you commence your walk from OWERS' CORNER on the 7th April avoiding the busy Anzac period. By trekking early you will have many of the campsites to yourselves and will ease the congestion overall on the track. On the 7th April you will commence your walk at Owers' Corner and walk off the track in Kokoda on the 14th April and overnight at Orohaven Kokoda Bush Retreat as our special guests. This trek commences from Owers' Corner on the 12th June and will arrive in Kokoda on the 18th June where you will overnight as our guests at Orohaven Kokoda Retreat. The following day you will be flown by chartered aircraft back to Port Moresby.The trek has been created so that you can finish work on Friday 11th June and fly to PNG on the 12th and commence walking the same day as you arrive thus saving one day and also accommodation costs in Port Moresby. The flight should arrive in from Kokoda on average around 9:30 to 11am so you should be back in time for a flight back to Australia the same day 20th June in time for work on Monday morning.
Alternatively if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later and stay on in PNG, this is entirely up to you. However on the morning of the 12th June the trek will not depart until we are sure all trekkers booked for this trek have arrived in PNG. Trek 579:

Australian guided trek commencing at Owers' Corner on the 1st November and finishing in Kokoda on the 107th November where you will be our guests at 'Orohaven Kokoda Retreat'. The following day, 11th November you will be flown to Port Moresby. Trek : 615
This trek has been designed so that you can fly back in from Kokoda on the same day as you depart for Australia. Chartered flights arrive back in from Kokoda around 10am each morning.
