If anyone is preparing to walk Kokoda from around the Adelaide area, and would like some advice on hills to train on, please let me know. Ignore Waterfall Gully, it is too well worn and not steep enough to properly prepare.

Does any one have some suggestions of some good hard training hikes around Adelaide or the Barossa for training for kokoda ?

Hey Howie,
I so happen to be traveling to Adelaide for Easter and am going to go up the side of Mount Lofty, apparently there is a cafe at the top in which my wife intends to stop at while I (we) do the hill a couple more times.
